The stainless steel S-pipe is the outlet pipe in the center of your hose reel. It spins with the reel whenever you wrap or unwrap your garden hose. The pipe includes O-ring seals that prevent water from leaking. Over time these seals will wear out and leaks will occur. This replacement s-pipe will make your hose reel good-as-new again.
